Octo Pramac Racing announces renewed partnership with Marco Melis Sport
Marco Melis Sport glasses will be worn by Octo Pramac Racing technicians and staff in the 2017 MotoGP season. The new “Barra” model, fully personalized Octo Pramac Racing, has already made its debut in the paddock of the Circuit of the Americas at Austin, Texas, where the third round of the 2017 MotoGP calendar is going on stage this week end.
Marco Melis is an Italian designer that has been in the world of eyewear since 1996. Throughout his long career, in addition to having met craftsmen and first-rate masters, he also started very important undertakings in the panorama of Italian eyewear, one of the most famous, for example, Immagine Eyewear Ltd which then produced X-IDE. Nowdays he is head of the MARCOMELIS S.R.L, specialised in creating and designing eyeglasses and sunglasses, both in metal and in plastic. He also designs glasses for an esclusive selection of clients in which he creates unique pieces for special sectors such as shipbuilding, automobile and motorcycle racing.
