#CzechGP Race. What a Sunday! Fantastic podium finish for Jack (P3). Solid race for Pecco (P12) who fights for the Top 10.

Jack Miller celebrates on the podium at the end of a spectacular race and Francesco Bagnaia finishes 12th after fighting for the Top. These are the high lights of the #CzechGP, which started more than 30 minutes late because of the rain that fell an hour before the start making the circuit wet and dangerous, especially at turn 1.

Jack – who started from the second position – immediately glued himself to the leading group but on lap 3 he was overtaken by Rins. The Australian was very good at managing his race and with two laps to go, he attacked the Spaniard to finish with the second extraordinary podium of the season.

In the first two laps Pecco pushed hard and overtook first Olivera then Aleix Espargaro to move into P11. In the next three laps, the Italian tried to take Nakagami for the Top 10 then, between lap 11 and lap 15, engaged in a strong duel with Vinales. Pecco concluded in 12th place a good race finishing in a positive way a weekend started with some difficulties.

P12 – Pecco Bagnaia

It’s been a very difficult weekend. We didn’t have much time to work because of the rain on Saturday. We found the right direction in wet conditions and we were able to replicate that set up in the dry. From the warm-up the feeling was positive. It was important to finish this race. I can’t wait to be in Austria on a track where the Ducati have always been very fast.

P3 – Jack Miller

I am very satisfied with this result and I thank the team because this weekend we have done an extraordinary job. When Rins overtook me I stayed calm and this allowed me to manage the tyre and then attack him in the final. The delayed start? Turn 1 would have been very dangerous. It was the right decision and it’s nice to see how much Dorna cares about our safety.
