Emilia Romagna GP – What a day for Pramac Racing, Jack P2 e Pecco P5

Qualifying day at the Emilia Romagna GP, which tomorrow will see Jack and Pecco, the riders of the Pramac Racing Team, start respectively from the first and second row tomorrow for the back to back at Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.
Pecco Bagnaia did very good during FP3, he sealed the track record with the time of 1:31.127. When he returned to the track to do the second time attack he crashed without consequences.
Pecco in Q2 was very fast, he closed the first run as a leader while in the second run while he was trying to make the time for the pole unfortunately he touched the green and the lap that would have given him the opportunity to start in first position was cancelled. Pecco finished in P5.
Jack Miller made a perfect Q1 (P1) which brings him to the Q2, the Australian rider was the protagonist of a day to remember for Pramac Racing Team. Jack  with the time of 1:31:153 conquered the second position and the first row on the grid tomorrow.

Pecco Bagnaia

Unfortunately I made a mistake and I touched the green area when the pole was mine, in T3 I had a big advantage and I didn’t have an advantage touching the green indeed I lost time but the rules are made to be respected and I made a mistake.
I’m sorry because I would like to do my first pole position in MotoGP here in Misano. Our pace is one of the fastest, also Yamaha and Mir but we can play it.

Jack Miller

Very happy for the qualifying, I didn’t make the Q2 directly,
but we have been working all the weekend, we tried many different tires combination, now we know very clear which tire and set up we are going to use.
The most important thing will be do a good start,  and be in front row for sure will help.
