Johann Zarco ends the Italian Grand Prix in fourth position whilst Michele in thirteenth.
The French rider is one of the protagonists of the race for all 23 laps of the race, being involved in various duels and overtakes.
The points earned today are worth a second-place in the world standings.
Michele Pirro, who started from sixteenth place on the grid, found hismelf in ninth at the end of the race. An error made in the race, did not allow allow for him to finish in the top ten and he came in thirteenth.

A shame, I was having a good race. I had overtaken many riders and my pace was good. I made a mistake with three laps to go and in this category you cannot afford to make any errors. Regardless, I want to thank the team for the help and support they gave this weekend.

We gave it our all. Today’s race wasn’t an easy one, there were many emotions on this diffucult day. I am happy by the way I was able to conclude the race. After the crash I had before today’s start, I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to race, but in the end it all went well.
