Free practice for the Italian Grand Prix at the Mugello Circuit ended with Johann Zarco is finishing fourth and Jorge Martin in eleventh position.
It was a day to remember for the Prima Pramac Racing team, which took to the track in FP1 with the new liveries presented yesterday afternoon in the Mugello pits.
Despite two crashes in FP2, Johann Zarco proved to be at ease with his Ducati Desmosedici GP, lapping with conviction and lowering his morning time by over a second in FP2.
Jorge Martin, on the other hand, was unable to find the right feeling, especially in the first two sectors of the circuit, and finished Friday in eleventh place.

Jorge Martín
I am still not at 100% condition, but that is not the main problem. I arrived today with great confidence but right from the first laps I couldn‘t find a good feeling. We have to work to find a setup that allows me to express myself at my best, especially in cornering. I think I have much more potential than I am expressing now.

Johann Zarco
I am very sorry for the two crashes. But at the same time I have to admit that the feeling on this Friday was very positive. We will have to analyse the data to understand the reasons for the crashes and find a solution ahead of qualifying. However, I am very confident.
