Johann Zarco could not have made a better start to the first day of action at the Red Bull Ring.
After setting the second fastest time in the morning session, the Frenchman lowered his time by almost two seconds to take top spot after FP2 (1:29.837).Team-mate Jorge Martin also did well, and after finishing FP1 in fourth position with his best time of 1:29.866, he moved into third place at the end of the day.
