Qualifying day at the Aragon Grand Prix.
Riders Johann Zarco and Jorge Martin will start respectively from the second and third row of the grid tomorrow.
Johann fails to perform at his best in FP3, finishing 15th, and will therefore be forced to go through to Q1.
The Frenchman managed to make a big step forward and after setting the second fastest time in Q1 he ended the day in P5 with his best time of 1:46.646.
After easily gaining direct access to Q2, Jorge had to contend, as did the other riders, with high tyre wear. He finished with the eighth fastest time of 1:46.911.

Jorge Martín
I was hoping to do a little better, tomorrow I’ll have to try and make up positions because we can have a good race.
It’s a shame because today we could have even made the front row, but I’m happy with the feeling I’m getting.

Johann Zarco
I am happy because from fifteenth this morning I finished fifth, so we have definitely taken a step up.
Tomorrow will be a very interesting race, we’ll see how we can manage the tyres better.
